Suzy Prudden, CHt., is an internationally acclaimed speaker and seminar leader, New York Times Best Selling Author, television personality, spoken word artist, fitness expert and hypnotherapist. A former clinician to The President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, she began her career in 1965, pioneering toddler fitness, Mind / Body Integration and Psycho-neurophysiology.
